Mission

Help companies build with AI — and earn the trust that lets them keep building.

We put senior builders, security leaders, and advisors inside the companies we work with, so that AI products ship, security programs hold, and the decisions about AI, data, and compliance get made well — by people who still own them after we leave.

Vision

Every company, whatever its size, can adopt AI with confidence — and prove it.

In the future we see, a ten-person company ships AI as confidently as an enterprise, with security and compliance built in from the first line rather than bolted on before an audit. Trust becomes something a company can show, not just claim, and the companies that move fastest are the ones that can prove they are safe to work with.

    We believe sunlight is the greatest disinfectant, and that only through the adoption of radical transparency can we build the small business and venture ecosystem the world deserves.

    Information that isn’t accurate isn’t true. It’s that simple. Errors need to be acknowledged, corrected, and communicated.

    Information that can’t be acted on isn’t helpful. We share as little as each party needs to make the best decision they can, and integrate as tightly into those flows as we can to make that action seamless.
